1. I have shared the affiliate link with 5 people, why I am still free?
As many of you know, we have an affiliate program with which you can win months of Premium subscription. How does this work? The affiliate program works if you invite 5 people and they will use your invite link to sign-up for an account.
If you log in to your account and follow this link https://www.mindomo.com/, you will be able to see how many sign-ups were made on your behalf. When you reach 5 accounts, you get the 30-days subscription.
2. Why can’t I share my mind map by link if I already have Premium?
Another question we get a lot is why there is an Upgrade button at one of the sharing options, though the users already purchased a premium plan.
Premium users can create unlimited mind maps and share those maps with unlimited users, however, the ‘Anyone with the link can edit’ option is a Professional feature.
This option is suitable for anyone who needs to work on his mind maps with external collaborators, giving them fully premium editing rights even if they are free or yet unregistered Mindomo users.
3. Is Mindomo available in other languages?
Yes, Mindomo is available in the following 16 languages: English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Русский, 日本語, 中文, Norsk, Dansk, Svenska, Suomi, Nederlands, Português, Magyar, Euskara.
From the browser, you can set the language before you log in from the homepage, or after you login from the dashboard by clicking on More, then on Language.
You are also able to change the language on your Desktop App from the left side toolbar by clicking on the “?” icon.
