On the 3rd of July, we experienced unexpected network connection problems on our back-end (storage) servers. This lead to about 30 minutes of unresponsive servers when some of you weren’t able to access your maps. We’re very sorry for any inconveniences this situation might have caused you. Unfortunately, the problems were caused by our data center which had network connectivity problems.
